House Rules
For your enjoyment and your protection, we have the following rules
that all guest must abide by to attend a party at Max and Eva's Place.
The location must never be given out ...please give out the phone number instead.
You must RSVP and be on the list to attend!!!!
NO MEANS NO .
Anyone being intrusive can not remain at the party .
NO DRUGS of any kind are permitted on the premises!! Anyone found using or having drugs will be PERMANENTLY excluded from the parties.
NO disorderly, rude or obnoxious conduct will be allowed . Remember, at anytime, anywhere, a "No Thank you." is well accepted.
Please watch your alcohol intake. Unruly or DRUNKEN BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.Social drinking is fine . No one wants to be by around a sloppy drunk. ( Come on , you want to remember the fun you had. )
Bring your own bottle ( B.Y.O.B.) DO NOT USE SOMEONE ELSES ALCOHOL!! Mark your bottles please .
NO audio tapes, video or cameras, allowed. You are liable for damages and If found they will be confiscated !!!!!! If you must have a cell phone, use it on the main floor, preferably by the locker area.
NO type of business venture or selling is allowed. That means, NO prostitution allowed or anything illegal.
Do not disturb people behind closed doors . Show them the same courtesy you want.
Couples MUST arrive and LEAVE as a couple.
Any disagreement and you should leave for everyone's sake. Have your rules set between yourselves and stick to them. Arguing will cause you NOT to be invited back.
Couples must arrive between 8:00pm and 10 pm on Saturday night , UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE . After this time, the gates/doors will be closed.
NO cheating or stealing of any kind is allowed. This means, let your partner know where you are at all times . You are there to enhance your relationship, not to cheat on your partner .
NO one is obligated to participate in any activities!!!
NO food, drinks , or smoking allowed in the bedrooms ! Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
Cleanliness is a must. The bathrooms are stocked with your hygienic needs.
Party ends around 2:30 am . Anyone leaving after 10 pm can not return without prior permission from host or co-hosts .
NO glass containers are allowed outside of house. Please try to bring aluminum or plastic containers.
No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. NO diving in the pool . There is no deep end.
The dress code is Business Casual or better. Most people dress up. No baseball type hats. If you must wear jeans . . . Blue Jean Policy Change: Only, Clean, non-holey jeans are allowed

Frequently Asked Questions
Q) What should we bring?
A) Most couples bring a backpack or overnight bag that may contain a change of clothes, toys, towels or anything else that may enhance their evening. If you drink, you should also bring your own alcohol. Some people also bring a small cooler. Glasses are provided.
Q) We are coming from out of the area, is there a place to spend the night?
A) Max and Eva's has room to accomodate several couples overnight. Clean sheets and bedding are available. There are also several hotels in the area. If you wish to spend the night on site, please let Max or Eva know as soon as possible.
Q) We never been to a lifestyle party before. What should we expect?
A) You should arrive with an open mind and no specific expectations except to be treated with respect and to treat others the same way. Please review the rules for CP and etiquette for the lifestyle contained on this site before making you reservations.
Q) Is it ok to watch?
A) Watching or being watched can be almost as much fun as joining in. The upstairs play area has rooms with and without doors. If a door is closed, please respect the wishes of those behind the closed doors; however, in the open areas or when doors are open, watching is welcome. You may even be invited to join.
Q) Are the pool and hot tubs open?
A) The pool is enclosed, open year round, and heated to 92 degrees. The hot tubs are open too. We do have towels if you forget yours.
Q) What are the ages of the couples?
A) It is 21 and up . We have people in there 20's and 50's every week, but the majority of people are in there 30's and 40's . And we do have very attractive couples also.
Q) How do we meet other couples?
A) Just be friendly , smile and introduce yourselves to others , they are just waiting to meet you. We have the largest facility with over 8000 SQ FT of play area, so always a lot of nice couples to meet.
Q) How much is a party?
A) A party donation is less than a good meal out on the town.
Q) Are single ladies welcome?
A) Yes, very much so . Straight or Bi ladies find it a safe haven for adult fun with a truly no pressure atmosphere for all to enjoy.
Q) When is the best time to call?
A) Anytime but Sunday and Mondays are the worst. We are in and out but from 8am until 10pm we try to be at the phone.
